I strongly believe that one of the best ways to help get an offer accepted is for the buyer to provide as large an initial deposit as possible. This tactic has an immediate benefit. It works to convince the seller that the buyer is seriously interested in their home. Simply put, money speaks and your seller's ears will perk up.

This small suggestion can make a world of difference when it comes to presenting an offer and getting it accepted.
